A comprehensive curriculum with 8 steps that encourages action with each step where students develop:
Social Capital with Employers
Career Readiness Competencies
Career Mobility Best Practices
Life Design Mindsets
Technology is not enough.
It takes an immersive experience for most students
to take action.
The Immersive Experience
Do you want your students to learn? Or, do you want your students to learn AND take action.
When faculty and staff are Career Launch certified and provide students with our resources, students take action, build social capital with employers, and increase their career readiness competencies along the way.
Students, disproportionately first-generation students, are apprehensive about proactively reaching out to professionals to explore career options. Our mission is to change this because 1-1 career conversations are the onramp for students to access internships and jobs in the hidden job market.
Interactive Workbook
A physical workbook, or student-friendly digital experience, detailing the steps and micro-steps of the Career Launch Method and the Explore Your Social Capital Method.
Micro-Learning Videos
Engaging 3-5 minute videos about the 8 steps.
Delivered via text message, email, or your LMS.
(Canvas, D2L, etc.)
Classroom/Group Coaching Sessions
Group discussions led by a certified facilitator to help students navigate the steps and take action.
Implemented in the classroom or student community.
NACE Career Readiness Inventory
Get baseline results at the beginning of the immersive experience.
After the program, complete the inventory again and measure career readiness growth.
