"Give a student a fish, feed them for a day. Teach a student how to fish, feed them for a lifetime."
From Our Community
"The Career Launch programming is a huge success on our campus. Many were surprised and encouraged by the amount of meaningful career conversations they landed. Students really appreciated the practical and motivating content, as well as the fact that the micro-learning is delivered via text message.
This partnership is a big win for our students! My goal is to have every student learn and implement the Career Launch Method early in their college experience. "

Director, Center for Career & Calling Seattle Pacific University
“At Spelman, we are partnering with Career Launch and they have proven to be a very effective partner for our institution to help us gather needed data on the career readiness of our students. This data will inform our planning efforts going forward.
Additionally, being able to administer the assessment in a pre- and post- fashion allows us to see gains and growth in students."
Harold Bell Director, Office of Career Planning and Development
Spelman College
“Through Career Launch, the first-generation college students we serve have been empowered with the knowledge, strategies and confidence to explore careers, discern possible vocations, and obtain internship and job opportunities as steps towards meaningful and fulfilling careers.
It’s the best investment we’ve made to drive career readiness, employment outcomes, and career mobility.”
Erin Kimura-Walsh, Director, First-Gen
(LEAD) Scholars Program Santa Clara University
“Career Launch understands the needs of today’s diverse student body—their feelings, doubts, and eagerness.
Students start (and finish) with the Career Readiness Assessment so they have an understand of where they are, and then they learn The Career Launch Method, which pragmatically teaches students how to intentionally build a network of professionals from scratch. The method is accessible, easy to follow, easy to digest and it's filled with practical exercises and inspiration to take action right away."

"Career Launch has destigmatized the concept of intentional, proactive networking and has helped my students feel much more confident in their abilities to conduct a holistic internship and job search.
Students mention they value being held accountable through the program's daily text messages, which pushes them to step out of their comfort zones."
