“Career Launch enables us to scale our career services, reach more students, and collect value data about career readiness despite us having a small team. Our campus is rural and has a large population of first-generation students, and this program has been very beneficial for them to measure their career readiness and create new professional relationships. ”

Executive Director of Student Success

“Bringing more companies and organizations with job opportunities to campus requires a lot of resources. The Career Readiness Assessment and Career Launch experience helps us scale our impact by empowering students to be ready, proactive, and accountable for their job search.
This is a game-changer for career services, and for students who don't have much social capital with employers.”

Associate Dean of Career Technical Education and Workforce Development North Orange County Community College District
“The Career Launch experience has significantly enriched my workforce preparation courses within the framework of the Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education.
In my capacity as a professor, I routinely adapt my curriculum to align with the specific requirements of my students. It was effortless to incorporate the curriculum into my lesson plans.
The resources helped develop my students' confidence and skills to have career conversation with professionals. I am fortunate to have been certified through Career Launch and to have access to the videos and presentations that help enhance my lessons.
