              INCREASE

              The Career Launch Method Curriculum

Based on 14+ years of data collection.

A comprehensive curriculum with 8 steps that encourages action with each step where students develop:

              • Social Capital with Employers
              • Career Readiness Competencies
              • Career Mobility Best Practices
              • Life Design Mindsets

              Technology is not enough.
It takes an immersive experience for most students
              to take action.

              The Immersive Experience

Do you want your students to learn? Or, do you want your students to learn AND take action.

When faculty and staff are Career Launch certified and provide students with our resources, students take action, build social capital with employers, and increase their career readiness competencies along the way.

Students, disproportionately first-generation students, are apprehensive about proactively reaching out to professionals to explore career options. Our mission is to change this because 1-1 career conversations are the onramp for students to access internships and jobs in the hidden job market.

              Interactive Workbook

Yes. A physical workbook detailing the 8 steps!

87% of students prefer a tangible, hard-copy workbook and say it makes it easier to take action.

              Micro-Learning Videos
