In early 2020, Career Launch Founder Sean O'Keefe partnered with Barry Posner, a fellow professor, researcher and best-selling author of The Leadership Challenge and The Student Leadership Challenge, for a nationwide research study.  Rose Nakamoto, Director of Career Services at Santa Clara University, also contributed to the study, helping with the development of the survey questions.

Our first annual research study examined the impact of college students' use of strategic and intentional networking on career readiness and the ability to earn internships and jobs.

A write-up of the study is showcased in the NACE Journal (August 2020) and has been made available at:

Note:  The next study will also examine the impact of career education curricula and career readiness programs on student employment outcomes. If you are interested in partnering, please send an email to impact@careerlaunch.academy
