How we support
Career-ready campus plan
Most institutions offer career services and career education, but most students still struggle to access opportunities. We help colleges redesign how students access relationships, pathways, and careers without large CapEx or more FTE’s.
Faculty/staff certification
A transformative training centered on driving student mobility. It’s a 4-hour, live certification that includes continued access to resources for facilitation and instruction and ongoing community and support.
Student workbook & curriculum
To scale student mobility, the most impactful experiential learning activity is 1-1, live career conversations with alumni and employers. Our curriculum gives students permission, guidance, motivation, and accountability to build their social capital and agency.
Career Readiness Inventories & Data Analytics
Our ~10 minute Career Readiness Inventories for college students and high school students were built in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Gates Foundation, respectively.
