Flexible Curricula
To scale student mobility, the most impactful experiential learning activity is having students proactively build relationships with alumni and employers of interest. In this learn by doing pedagogical approach, students improve their durable skills, career readiness competencies, and career navigation skills.
Guidance, motivation, and accountability are required ingredients to teaching students how to have the agency to develop these skills. Some of the Learning Outcomes include: curiosity, self-reflection, initiative, communication skills, and relationship-building skills.

Faculty/staff certification
A transformative training centered on driving student mobility. It’s a 4-hour, live certification that includes continued access to resources for facilitation and instruction, as well as ongoing community and support.
One of the eight Learning Outcomes is understanding the importance of the intersectionality of the NACE Career Readiness Competencies, AAC&U’s Essential Learning Outcomes, Strada’s Quality Coaching Principles, and Dr. Raj Chetty’s research on social capital and economic mobility.

Career Readiness Inventories
with Comparative Data Analytics
Our Career Readiness Inventories for college students and high school students were built in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and the Gates Foundation, respectively.
Students reflect on the skills and experiences employers value most. Institutional partners are provided with comparative data analytics, dashboards, and reports of student’s career readiness, career-aligned social capital, life design mindsets, and career mobility best practices.
Backed by research. Prototyped and tested by students over 15 years.
Career Launch's methodology and curriculum has been developed based on the leading research around student mobility and economic opportunity.
Our trainings, inventories, workbooks, videos, and resources have been honed based on 10,000+ student, faculty, and staff feedback surveys over the last 15 years.
