Relationships are the foundation of employability
Our approach to career readiness is grounded in social capital: teaching the tools to create strong networks of alumni and professionals to build a meaningful career. After Career Launch programs, 98% of students have had 1-1, live professional conversations with professionals in fields of their interests.
How we support schools

Career-ready campus plan
Most institutions offer career services and career education. Most students still struggle to access opportunities. That’s not a resource problem. It’s a design problem. We help colleges redesign how students access relationships, pathways, and real career opportunities without large CapEx or increase in FTE’s.

Flexible Curriculum
To scale student mobility, the most impactful experiential learning activity is career conversations with alumni and employers of interest. Guidance, motivation, and accountability are required ingredients to teaching students how to have the agency to create these relationships, while building their career readiness skills and competencies in the process. Some of the Learning Outcomes include: curiosity, self-reflection, initiative communication skills, , and relationship-building skills.

Faculty/staff certification
A transformative training centered on driving student mobility. It’s a 4-hour, live certification that includes continued access to resources for facilitation and instruction and ongoing community and support. One of the Learning Outcomes is an appreciation for the intersectionality of the NACE Career Readiness Competencies, AAC&U’s Essential Learning Outcomes, Strada’s Quality Coaching Principles, and Dr. Raj Chetty’s research on social capital and economic mobility.

Career Readiness Inventories
Our ~10 minute Career Readiness Inventories for college students and high school students were built in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Gates Foundation, respectively. Students reflect on the skills and experiences employers value most. Institutional partners are provided with robust data analytics, dashboards, and reports of student’s career readiness, social capital, life design mindsets, and career mobility best practices.

Hear from staff
“The Career Launch certification training was a motivating and inspiring experience. What I loved about the training was that it went step-by-step into how we can implement, how to use the tools, and the student videos were incredibly memorable and motivating. I definitely would recommend this program to anyone investing in students and their career journeys.”
